Refund and Returns Policy


We are happy to refund or credit any purchases in full provided the following conditions are met:

The goods are returned to the below address within 14 days:

The products must be returned in their original condition, unused or unworn, have not been altered or washed and all tags are attached. All packaging must be intact and unopened. For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any underwear or swimwear. This also applies to ear-rings.

Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited or refunded.

Goods sent to the post office will not be collected. Please note the shipping charges for returning any items will be for the customers cost. If you have received a faulty or defective item please contact us.

We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order. Please note that your new order will be processed as per normal, and we are unable to fast track any new orders. This is only so that we can process your exchange as quickly as possible for you.

In order to return any items, please do the following:

Please fill out the below form within 5 days of receiving the product. Please state your name, address and invoice & order number. Please indicate whether you require a credit or refund. We will reply confirming receipt of your email and forward you instructions on how to return the item. Once the item has been received and checked, we will refund you via the method of payment within 14 working days.

Refund policy

Orders will only be shipped once By Ele has received full payment of the full, cleared purchase price for the goods and all charges and costs relating to the products. Unless otherwise agreed or stipulated in the Customer’s order or on the Website, the Customer’s order will be delivered by the courier company specified by By Ele, to the address provided by the Customer during the order process.

The Customer must ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address during Business Hours (between 08:00 and 17:00 on Business Days) in order to received delivery of the products. The Customer will be responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by the courier if no one was available to receive delivery of the order at the address specified by the Customer.

Products with the original receipt, in and pristine and unused condition can be returned for exchange, gift card credit or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom made products, personalized items, cannot be returned.

Returns will be accepted of products and stock bought from the By Ele store/s, such as the 74 Winchester on Long and online store.

Refund can only be made in the original form of payment to the original client, unless otherwise stated and the client may want to accept a gift card voucher instead of a cash or monetary refund.

Special conditions or limitations may apply in other countries.
